(We strongly recommend registered mail! Normal mail isn't the safest mode of delivery as there is no serial no. to track it. If normal mail is chosen, its at your own risk! We do not replace or bear any responsibility if the mail got missing upon delivery.)

Note: Simplydolls do not usually do meetups unfortunately due to our super tight schedule, though we would love to meet up with you babes out there. However, this is a per case basis. We'll try to do meetups upon request for goods that are more expensive to post, eg. when it is bulky/heavy. We'll try to help our valued shoppers to save up. Meetups will be arranged separately and strictly based on our schedule.

* Normal and Registered mail, what's the difference? *
If you opt for normal mail, We cant track any lost normal mail.
Registered articles have a serial number on it so we can check on status of your item.
Rate of delivery is almost the same for both.
Normal mail will be sent to your mailbox, Registered mail will be sent to your doorstep,and someone will need to sign a consignment slip. If no one is home at point of delivery, they will leave a collection slip for your article(s) at your door, which you can later, head down to the nearest post office to collect.

4 simple steps to make an order♥

Mode of delivery: REGISTERED MAIL(top up of $2.50) / NORMAL MAIL(free)
Mode of payment: IBANKING / POSB/DBS TRF / UOB TRF

2) Wait for our reply, please allow up to 24hours. We will send you a Stock Confirmation Email (SCE), to ensure that we have reserved a piece of your desired item for you.

3) Make payment within 24hours upon receiving the SCE.

4) We'll check your payment and issue you a Payment Confirmation Email (PCE).
Item will be mailed out on the next working day. info on date of mailing out will be provided in PCE.
If normal mail has been opt for, we'll provide 2 shots of your packed parcel to you after it is made ready for delivery.
If registered mail is opted for, RA no. will be notified.

Terms & Conditions♥
1)All prices are in Singapore Dollars and are strictly non-negotiable!

2)All goods sold are brand new UNLESS stated otherwise. This isn't a 2nd-hand lj!

3)All accessories(belts/necklaces/bags) are not provided unless stated otherwise.

4)Due to limitations of stocks, All payment should be made within 24 hours from the time at which the SCE has been sent, otherwise, the order will be forfeited, and item(s) will go to the next potential buyer. In any case if you are unable to pay within 24hours, we expect your notification within 12hours after we send you the SCE.

5)SimplyDolls do not guarantee the display of product colours 100% accurately as it depends on individual's monitor. However, we would try our utmost best to provide the most accurate description and colour as possible.

7)SimplyDolls will not bear responsibility for any missing/damage item/s during delivery. There will be strictly no exchange or refund of any goods sold.

8)SimplyDolls would not hesitate to blacklist any dead buyers who backout w/o informing us(went missing aft confirmation) after receiving SCE. We don't mind if you change your mind, just let us know early!

9)SimplyDolls reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions at any time, as well as forfeiting any orders for any reason(but we'll notify u), and by making an order with us, you had agreed to comply with all our terms and conditions.
